5 Reasons

Why "exercise" hasn't clicked for you yet. Hurdle smashing solutions my clients love.

As the New Year draws closer, many of us contemplate our goals, and for a significant number, achieving better health and fitness tops the list. However, with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we often face common hurdles that make pursuing our health goals challenging. Here are 5 reasons that training with me will help you overcome these hurdles.

1. No Time? Find Your Schedule

Life can get hectic, and be unpredictable, but finding time for exercise is possible. Even if it's 5 minutes, a few times a day, most days of the week. You don't need to do all of your exercise in one go. Scan your day and identify times when you could schedule in a little exercise snack or longer workout whether online, in person with me or downloaded on your own. If you need some help with picking exercise snacks for your goal - get in touch

2. No Space? Make the Most of What You Have

You don't need a dedicated gym space to work out effectively. A small corner, a living room, or even your garden can serve as your workout area. I am very creative with fun exercises that don't require much room.

3. No Equipment? Start Simple

Most of my female clients spend the first few sessions getting to know their bodies better. You'll be surprised at how much you can already do really well. We focus on the skills that you want to improve in order to reach your goals. We do not need any equipment, and any that we do need will be provided.

4. No Confidence? Seek Guidance

Starting a fitness journey can be intimidating, especially if you're worried about injuries or health conditions. You may have been told by others to avoid certain exercises for fear of injury or pain.  We spend a lot of time in the initial consultation and subsequent sessions talking about these diagnoses.  Before we start training, I then spend more time using the latest reliable scientific research to find the most acceptable exercises for you. I may also be able to refer you to a specialist trainer for any medical issues that are beyond the scope of my practice. So you will get help from the right person for you.

5. Hate Exercise? Explore Options

Not everyone enjoys traditional forms of exercise for whatever reason. I enjoy asking my clients to prepare a blacklist of exercises that we will never do. Favourites on my own list are burpees and sprinting. So never be afraid to tell me what you don't like, I have an unlimited imagination and deep knowledge of how bodies can move safely when it comes to exercise design.

Imagine that all or some of your fitness hurdles were overcome? What would that mean to your life and ambitions? So before you make any decisions about your fitness this New Year, give a serious consider about booking a confidential meeting with me to review your options. I will help address your questions and tailor a fitness plan to your unique goals, offering training options both online and in-person or both.
