If you came to this blog via Linked In then I'm sorry I lied. There's not really a good reason not to start exercising in Winter.  You and I both know what the voice in your head is saying. "Leave it until after Christmas, when the Spring comes, I'll get out and be more active". It's dark early, cold and downright freezing some days. There might be snow as well. They seem like fine reasons to stay in and cosy up. What we also know is how sluggish we can feel come January, not to mention the guilt of not doing much over the Winter. Shall we just break that cycle so we can enjoy every bit of the year? Let's look at 5 reasons, then book a session to get you started.
